'Our room was really nice with private patio, need to make sure people don’t use as stayed 1 night and had to move people off the patio twice maybe a reserved sign needs putting on the table'

'A very quirky, interesting, historical Hotel a short stroll from all the amenities that Swanage have to offer.
Friendly helpful staff from start to finish, all very knowledgeable regarding the history of the hotel.
It’s obviously like the forth bridge regarding the upkeep and maintenance, but that’s expected with an old building,it adds to its charm.

'Absolutely brilliant staff! Thank you. Very clean, beautiful location and during the heatwave, the buildings were cool! Just noise from the nearby road disturbed the tranquillity at times.'
