'Restaurant staff and food quality and choices remain five star incredible. However the pool staff and housecleaning was terrible this trip. The pool staff are all talking to each other and don’t seem to care about serving the guests at all. You have to complain to get a drink and that’s not for me. Housekeeping was a disaster. Our room often didn’t get cleaned at all or we had to wait until 5pm for it to get cleaned. They NEED to fix these two things to bring the hotel to the five star rating...

'The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch...

'I really liked this hotel and the comfort it provides is unmatched. Every one of the staff members is really attentive and nice. The only reason I’m giving it 4 starts instead of 5 is the food. Out of all the restaurants around this hotel, just one met my expectations.'

'WOW! Did not expect such a beautiful stay as the one we had. My group had 2 rooms and they were both suites- ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL. It was like a small apartment fully equipped with a washer and dryer! My parents absolutely loved this place. The entire staff was so pleasant especially the person who checked us in unfortunately I did for get his name. Very pleasant stay, we are so happy.'

'The resort itself was beautiful, and the pool was nice, but it would have been great to have music playing throughout the day to create a more fun atmosphere. Unfortunately, the food was mediocre at best. The buffet was probably the best dining experience we had. The staff, however, was excellent—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The sports bar was probably the best place to hang out, but even there, entertainment was very limited, with little to keep the energy or party going....
