'We flew in and showed up and the host never gave us the code to get inside the property. So we were literally homeless in another country. We repeatedly called and messaged the host and we were completely ignored. We called to complain and they tried messaging host and was ignored as well. The host has still not gotten back to us. 'Only had one minor hiccup with the check in process, but overall I had great time. I know people in the DR so I rented a vehicle and they drove me around! Went on a couple excrusions went to a night club and ate at nice restaurants a few times. It's a restaurant called Maggie's with pretty good food and strong drinks!'

'This is our third stay in 10 years at Costa Verdes 3. The house is fantastic, the view is amazing, but it's the villa staff that makes the trip spectacular! "Ligging is perfect, complex is omgeven door prachtige tuinen en strand is top. Voor een groot complex ook redelijk rustig ten opzichte van andere resorts die soms party hotels zijn. Alleen van 4 tot 6 uur staat de muziek wat harder bij het grote zwembad vanwege de animatieactiviteiten. Andere zwembad is altijd rustig. Ook veel faciliteiten in apart "family" gedeelte voor kinderen. Bungalows zijn lekker ruim en modern, voorzien van alle nodige faciliteiten. Eten in buffet restaurants is van goede kwaliteit en gevarieerd. Nadeel is dat a la carte restaurants 24 uur vooraf gereserveerd moeten worden en dat er verkopers actief zijn voor holiday time sharing. Genoten van het verblijf. "
