'My husband and I went to celebrate our 26th wedding anniversary, it was our first time staying at a 5 diamond resort and we are extremely impressed! All the staff were amazing and made us feel welcome throughout our entire stay. Delicious food on all their restaurants, however our favorite one was the Peruvian restaurant Misika. All the amenities were amazing. Will definitely be back.'

'Just want to mention you need to upgrade some stuff in rooms.... the cleaning was not the greatest....I was kind chock how rooms smell and how the under sheets have mold. Right on all sides I check both beds and same...
Staff was great and food was 9/10 .
Suggestions for pool need snack around and better snacks at the bar...popcorn and tortilla chips come on....
We had a fabulous view and food...but yes needs some upgradesm'

'We love this hotel and have stayed here three times. We deeply regret their decision to become an all inclusive this Spring. Puerto Vallarta is a great place to go out to eat and enjoy the town, we are not interested in staying in the hotel all the time or paying for food we wont eat. I hope they reconsider this decision, we would return if they did.'

'Property is kinda old and outdated. Furniture is old and ac unit was old and a little loud ,bedding and towels were nice and clean but this place is sold as an all-inclusive but units have like a kitchenette but no kitchen utensils at all. it has a coffee maker but no mugs neither coffe supplies like creamer and sugar were provided hell not even bottles of water. Most of all-inclusive resort have minibars with drinks. here, forget about it, just an empty fridge. Food buffet is very limited...
