'The apartment is located very centrally in Nice. We took the tram from the airport and it let us off 5 minutes from the apartment. The Promenade des Anglais is a short walk from the apartment and the area filled with restaurants and various markets. Old Nice is a short walk away. 'Un séjour très agréable avec tout d'abord, l'accueil bienveillant des propriétaires: très prévenant, à l'écoute tout au long du séjour et de bon conseil pour les visites aux alentours. Un logement refait à neuf, décoration soignée, très très bien situé à 30s de la plage, avec vue sur la mer, terrasse agréable. Équipement neuf (literie, lave linge, micro-onde, vaisselle, etc...) que nous avons étrainé. Le petit + appréciable: box internet avec superbe TV pour les plus connectés et accès Wi-Fi. Et...

'The apartment was clean and newly renovated and on the second floor which is great since many buildings do not have lifts. It's central location was very convenient and lots of fun to people watch in the square from the balcony. It can be loud at night but it didn't bother us as we came prepared - it really just added to the ambiance of Old Town Nice. Val was readily available for any questions and recommendations.'

'We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Malin. Het uitzicht was schitterend en de locatie super handig. Goed bereikbaar met tram en bus (maar ook te voet) en leuk gelegen in de haven. Malin is een hele fijne flexibele host!'

'Mooi appartement, ruime kamers, goede uitgeruste keuken. Prima locatie in het centrum waardoor alles op korte loopafstand is. Recht tegenover een heerlijk (en rustig) strand. Enige minpunt was de continue geluidsoverlast van apparatuur op het dak van het tegenover het appartement gelegen casino. Verder geen minpunten te bedenken. :-)'

'Appartement is klein maar van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn dat er ook een airco aanwezig is. De locatie is prima, 200 m van het strand en een handige uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar de omliggende steden. Het contact met de eigenaresse was goed, ze reageerde snel. Het parkeren was lastig, de buurt stond vol met auto’s. Het huisje had de maximale score gekregen als er een vast bed had gestaan. De uitklapbank en de uitklapstoel zijn niet echt comfortabel en minder goed voor je rug.'

'Geweldige locatie in het oude centrum van Nice. Mooi appartement je proeft zelfs hier de sfeer van Nice (en de sfeer in het oude Nice is in onze ogen tegen het perfecte aan, mooie en fijne eetgelegenheden, leuke winkeltjes en leuke barretjes). Frank heeft het prima hier voor elkaar, fijne bedden, fijne slaapbank. Onze kinderen van 12 en 14 zijn niet altijd gecharmeerd van een stad, maar de 5 nachten in Nice was ook voor hen een geweldige ervaring. En blije kinderen betekend ook blije ouders....

'De studio is fijn om in te verblijven, het complex is heel netjes en heeft een fijn zwembad, en met de zee aan de voorkant van het complex is de locatie fantastisch! Het nabij gelegen dorp Menton is ook erg leuk en gezellig, met voldoende eetgelegenheden.'

'Emplacement idéal pour visiter la ville, proche du Mucem et du Vieux Port. Un peu de mistral et de pluies fines exceptionnelles lors de notre passage. Hôte prêt à tout pour vous renseigner et mettre à dispo l'essentiel. Appartement confortablement équipé au 2ème étage sans ascenseur mais ne nous a pas dérangé.'

'Heel gezellig appartementje, alles er op en eraan, in het centrum, en vlak bij het strand.. We hebben genoten! Was wel een flinke klim op de trap, maar was goed voor de conditie! Een aanrader!'

Restaurants en terrassen "TE OVER". En dit alles in een typische "FRANSE SFEER". 200 mtr. paadje naar het meer is een"FARCE". Het appartement Groot, goed ingericht balkon met uitzicht ( westelijk gericht, koel in de zomer) Het geheel is aan de kleine kant en eerder geschikt voor 4 personen.(2 volw.+ 2 kind) Meubilair...

'Samen met dochter en kleinzoon een heerlijke week gehad. Ik heb op de uitklapbank geslapen, ging prima. Fijner dan het stapelbed. Met iets meer liefde en aandacht was het 5 sterren geworden. (Betere messen, ietsje pietsje schoner zou fijn zijn)'
