Located in Madalena do Mar, one of the most picturesque coastal villages in Madeira, Madeira Beach House offers a comfortable and spacious stay for up to 8 guests. The house features four bedrooms, three with queen-size beds and one with two single beds, providing an ideal setup for families, couples, or groups of friends. There are four bathrooms, including two with a shower and one with a bathtub.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and everything needed for home-cooked meals. A washing machine is also available for added convenience. The house is equipped with a TV with a box, offering access to various entertainment options.
The outdoor area is one of the highlights of the property. The house features a private pool, which can be heated at an additional cost upon request, allowing you to enjoy it year-round. In summer, the pool ranges from 17-18°C, reaching up to 26-27°C. In winter, it’s 14-15°C, reaching up to 23-24°C. The top balcony offers a stunning sea view, creating the perfect setting to relax and take in the coastal scenery. Right across the street, you will find the ocean and a beach, offering easy access to the water.
A private parking spot is available at the property. For families traveling with young children, a baby cot and high chair are provided upon request.
All bed linen and bath towels are included. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Check-in is available from 16:00 to 05:00.
The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:
- 2EUR per night;
- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.
- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
We’ll provide all the necessary details, including the Tourist Tax payment, a few days before check-in.
