« I booked a room at Captain’s Inn because I wanted to be in a relaxing place, with a view of the water. I watched the sunset and the moonrise. I sprawled in the huge bed (like a giant marshmallow!) and appreciated the sparkling spotless bathroom. The staff were all thoughtful and it was like staying at the home of a friend. Exactly what my weary soul needed. »

« First the not preferable : Be careful when booking. The second floor rooms (3 rooms) share one small bathroom and there’s no extra first floor bathroom. The first floor bathrooms probably have a private bath. We went through Expedia. Maybe book direct so you can ask questions. Our room came with 2 standard sized towels. When asked, they left a couple more. I’d also prefer my own hand towel instead of sharing with the entire second floor. Closets could use more hanging space. Plenty of...
