Only suggestions are some paint from prior water damage and the microwave was very difficult to operate (might benefit from a replacement). »

« Chris' property in the Lower East Side was one of the best rentals we've ever experienced (and we've stayed at a lot of VRBO properties). It was perfect--the space, cleanliness, amenities, safety, location, communication... After a long day of walking NYC with all of its amazing energy and stimulation, it was a wonderful feeling returning to the sanctuary that is this apartment. The space itself is comfortable and inviting, and is equipped with everything that we needed during our 5-night stay....
