Our pension has 7 double rooms partly with balcony. These are bright and friendly furnished and are equipped with shower, WC & hairdryer and TV. Free Wi-Fi is available.

In our pension - divided into three houses - we offer a total of 8 apartments, 7 double rooms, 1 four-bed room and 2 apartments to stay. We also have the perfect accommodation for you. It does not matter if you want to relax with us or go on exciting excursions into the region: our pension is the ideal starting point for all sorts of activities. Our main house (Haus Bastian): Here is the breakfast room and a rustic restaurant. If you want to book half board, you will be served daily with Franconian specialties. In our in-house bakery, we offer our guests and customers a wide selection of fresh bread and pastries and for the afternoon coffee is also available a large selection of biscuits. If you do not want to drive to the nearest supermarket, we have also integrated a small grocery store in our bakery. Bastian also has 1 double room, 2 apartments and 3 apartments. Our guest house (Haus Irene): In our guest house is the wellness area and a lounge, which can be used by all guests. The sitting area invites you to play evenings or for a cozy get-together. For romantic hours you can stoke the open fireplace. The terrace of the guest house invites recreation seekers to relax in the sun. In the house Irene there are 5 double rooms, 1 family room and 2 apartments. Our neighboring house (Haus Melissa) offers space for 2 more apartments. The garden: On our playground, your little darlings can let off steam. Climbing frame, swing, slide, seesaw and of course a sandpit are available. The public village playground in Troschenreuth is only 2 minutes walk from our pension and may also be used! On the large lawn for a place for ball games of every kind, but also for lounging and relaxing. You can also check their speed on the ping-pong table (rackets and balls available). A hit for the kids is our giant trampoline with a diameter of 3.60 meters! The evening you can end the barbecue by the campfire. (Grillstöcke & wood available) Our wellness area: Our highlight is undoubtedly our swimming pool - popular with all ages! Splashing for the kids, swimming, relaxing at the massage jets or the neck surge for the adults. Our sauna allows 5 different forms of bathing (z. B. Tropical bath, soft steam bath, aroma bath etc.). You therefore have the opportunity to enjoy not only the hot and dry climate in the sauna but also much milder forms of bathing and to determine your personal well-being climate yourself. Even in our infrared cabin, you can sweat healthy! A heat treatment is recommended as a supporting and promoting measure. It helps the body to loosen up joint pain and muscle cramps and to resolve the symptoms. Your skin is cleansed from the inside and gives you a fresh, new body feeling! There is also a solarium available. Parking: Our parking spaces are located directly at both houses. On request we can also provide you with a garage or Reserve settings for motor or bicycles.
