« Over all establishments was , clean and great distance / location from everything, but the front desk staff that checked me end was rude, had a attitude and I am a rewards member she didn’t even give me credit for that or my parking permitted . My other family members was checked in by someone different and that how I was aware of the things our check-in person failed to do . »

« Me and my husband had a 2 night 3 day stay We had no maid service no room cleaning was done they supplied us with 2 additional towels The air conditioning unit was broken in room 114 and the floor by the window was saturated wet I use two towels and a plastic bag to help be able to get into the closet near the saturated floor from the air conditioning unit it was reported we were never offered a different room, and the problem was never addressed or repaired »

« While this hotel has been doing some renovation, they have done everything to ensure customers are not impacted. The updates are great and very appealing. The staff, especially Nadina on the night shift. Hampton should be proud to have this Stockbridge Hotel as part of their chain. »

« The building was not well maintained especially on the outside. The pool was not filled and what water was there was green. There was trash all around the building which didn’t seem to get picked up. We were in a non-smoking room, but a few doors down from a smoking room and it was horrible. It smelled like pot smoke but the staff insisted it was not. Depending upon who you got, the staff could be either helpful or not. The older man was not friendly or helpful at all.
