Hôtel près de Stonecrest Mall (Lithonia)

« Excellent »

« The continental breakfast was just hat. Make sure you get there early because they could be out of food for awhile trying to keep up with the amount of people staying. Recieved a letter from the property about upgrading going on with the property. Well I did not recieve one of the upgraded rooms. The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, shower curtain was torn, coffee pot did not work (asked for an new one and never recieved it), and the bathroom sink did not drain correctly. »

« I arrived to four police cars dealing with a situation at the bar next door. Interactions with the office are through a locked window on the sidewalk. The room was clean enough, though there was no inside trash bin, the floor was oddly sticky, and there was only a light sheet on the beds (no comforter). Sheets had stains, and the mattress was well worn in. Room smelled like incense and pot. Hot water and air conditioning worked (loud enough to drown out most sounds of the neighbors or outside)....

« J'avais une réservation pour 13 nuits. Je n'ai pas pu me présenter la première nuit car j'étais tombé en panne sur la route. Personne de l'hôtel ou d'Expedia ma téléphoner. Je me suis présenter le 2e soir pour prendre possession de ma chambre. J'étais conscient que j'allais perdre la première nuit étant donné que j'avais déjà tout payé a l'avance et que c'étais pas remboursable. Alors une fois rendu sur place le 2e soir, on a refusé de me donner une chambre par prétexte que je ne m'étais pas...

« The property was kept up but it was very old, mold on the walls and ceilings. Sink was broken, fan didn't work. There was a lot of debris on the walls. The staff was nice it this hotel could use some upkeep. »

« The staff were very nice , however the rooms were not very clean. The first room I was in had a brown liquid stains above the inside of the room door, as if someone threw coffee up onto the wall. The AC in the room was not great , the room felt muggy . I was switched to another room , no stains on the walls but the couch was full of stains , bathtub was not clean and spots of mold around the tub caulking . Safety was also a concern , several “women of the night” if you get what I’m saying .....
