I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, I was given a room that was already occupied. The previous guest’s belongings were still inside, including a gas can containing gasoline, which raised serious safety concerns. Walking into an occupied room is not only unacceptable but also potentially dangerous. That the manager on duty and no concern of remorse about.
I was then reassigned to a second room, which was infested with ladybugs both live and dead insects were throughout the space. After reporting this issue, I was given a third room. Unfortunately, this room was also unsatisfactory, as the bed sheets were covered in visible dog hair and hand prints on the doors.
Due to these repeated issues, I chose to leave the property. The front desk staff informed me that my reservation had been canceled and that I would receive a full refund. However, because I booked through a third-party company, they have attempted multiple times to contact the hotel to process the refund and have received no response. As a result, I have still not received my refund.
Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and concerning experience. I would not recommend this hotel to others based on the lack of cleanliness, safety concerns, and poor communication.
