'This property is just as pictured. We did have some glitches once we arrived and checked in. We contacted the owner while there and he was very helpful. He's also working on a few other things that we encountered. I have no doubt that he'll have them corrected. This is a really neat property! It's spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of dishes suitable for kids, too, which I appreciate (plastic!). Lots of silverware, too! Cool garage conversion to a "media" type room. Comfortable...

'The other 5 star reviews do not reflect this property. We booked a weekend stay. Planned on cooking our meals here and relaxing. When we arrived A/C not on. Then when turned on a/c not cooling/blowing much, tried to turn on additional a/c. No power to the unit as the plug did not work. Found that most plugs were not working and had black electrical burn on them. The only plug we found that would work got extremely hot in the short time it was used to charge a phone.Toilet did not hold water. In...

'What a wonderful vacation rental! This is a must stay if you want ultimate walkability. Everything in town is so close, and if you’re a vampire diaries fan like my wife, there is a filming location right on the side street. Carli was a wonderful host and helped me with a few requests to make our anniversary stay even more enjoyable! Would stay again!'

'Conditions were not as expected. Property is old and needs much improvement on the exterior and interior. Guest bathroom water did not get hot. Host was informed of many details to include pest. One TV had to be plugged out and back in each time for it to power on. Stains left on bedding in the maste suite including the pillow...this property could be enjoyable with attention to detail and upgrades '
