'Beautiful accomodation at a very good location. Reception staff was very helpfull. Staff in the restaurant in the evening were hard to find and we had to wait very long for everything we ordered. E.g we waited more than 15minutes to get a cup of tea. The rooms were cleaned daily. However, the heads of the bed were very dusty. We had to catch an early flight and it was a bit of a negotiation to get breakfast. The only hand out breakfastpackages with ham sandwiches. Asking for different...

'Really amazing hotel, in the middle of everything. We stayed accroas the church but the bells didn't bother us at all. Breakfast and dinner were great and the inhouse coffeeshop is amazing. '

'het was een kort verblijf wel heel erg goed gelegen dichtbij een shopping mall wat dus prettig was dat je eve snel kon terugggaan naar je kamer . ben wel eve wakker geworden door een deur van een kamer naast die hard dichtging maw. een beetje storend. Heb ook begrepen dat breakfast niet inbegrepen was?'

'Het was gewoonweg formidabel. Personeel is heel erg vriendelijk met name Isabelle zij is echt super goed in haar werk en heel erg behulpzaam. Door haar inzet heb ik mijn geld terug gekregen wat eigelijk door Epedia gedaan zou moeten worden omdat wij verkeerde informatie hebben gekregen dat wij geen Esta visum nodig hadden nou mooi niet. Hierdoor konden wij niet vliegen op de geplande dag. Door inzet van Isabelle heb ik mijn geld terug gekregen . Isabelle jij bent de beste bedank voor alle moeite...

'Whilst reviews are extremely encouraging, we were very disappointed with the room. The interior was very outdated, the bed was falling apart, windows were held together with tape and dirty tissues.. we decided to leave the hotel immediately. Not recommended for a romantic stay!'
