L’appartement est idéalement situé, à 2 minutes de la cathédrale! Il est très propre, mignon et typique avec ces petits balcons, même si certaines installations sont un peu vétustes mais rien de dérangeant. Valéria, notre hôte a été au petits soins ! Notre arrivée était tardive, mais elle nous a attendue, et nous a donné pleins de bons plans pour nos visites ! De même, notre avion étant très tard, elle nous a permis de rester plus longtemps dans l’appartement Chose vraiment appréciable. En bref, une super expérience à Palerme :)

Apartment liegt direkt vor der Kathedral an der Fußgängerzone, es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Für eine Besichtigung Palermo ist hervorragend geeignet. Valeria, die Gastgeberin ist eine sehr freundliche Frau.

Just loved Palermo!

Fab appartment in local neighbourhood with handy small shops and meaning we could pop out to buy lovely food to prepare at the flat. There is also a terrific, very local restaurant just near the cathedral. Valeria was so helpful and don't be put off by the street and the outside of the building. That's Palermo.. a real gem of a place with hidden treasures and a modern vibe.

Lovely large apartment, stylish and well located

A warm welcome here from the host Valeria. Lots of insider tips and a chance to ask questions. She is so kind and helpful. We loved staying here and easy to get around. We walked mostly and the buses are easy to find. Lots of sights are local to the apartment too. It is a lovely place - well decorated with a huge comfy bed. We will definitely stay again when in beautiful Palermo and highly recommend!

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. It's near the cathedral and convenient for many attractions. The road outside has a lot of traffic in the day, but at night it is quiet and we had no problem sleeping. If you have problems with stairs, you might find it difficult as there is a steep, and narrow stairs up to the flat. One doesn't feel too much like a tourist as you can see daily Palermo life from the balconies. Val is very helpful and always available if you need any help. We recommend this flat for a safe and pleasant stay.

Eine tolle Wohnung mitten in Palermo nur 100 meter vom Dom entfernt. Und dennoch ruhig. Sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin Valeria ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sie spricht fließend Deutsch und kümmert sich exelent um ihre Gäste.

Appartement parfait au coeur de Palerme

Valeria nous a chaleureusement accueilli à l'appartement et a multiplié les petites attentions pour que nous nous sentions chez nous. L'appartement respire la Sicile et est parfaitement situé ( proximité des lieux touristiques et des petits commerces). Nous avons adoré cette expérience !

Une adresse à recommander sans hesiter.

Très chouette séjour . Cet appartement est spacieux, calme, bien climatisé et extrêmement bien placé pour visiter Palerme. La proprietaire des lieux est très accueillante et vous situe tout de suite dans la ville. Très près des trois marchés de la ville et à quelques mètres de petits commerces.

Roomy apartment in old town

We stayed here for 5 nights and were satisfied with the apartment. Roomy enough for family of 4. Owner Valeria was really helpful and always available. Recommended.

Convenient apartment close to Cathedral

Val was super nice and attentive with check-in, apt is in old-town which comes with Sicilian old-town characteristics, with free shuttle bus near by. We had water problem during our stay, Val was installing a new water tank on the day we were leaving.

Perfect in every way

The location, the appartment and the host - All five star quality. We would highly recommend this place, we even received a welcome gift of fig and Lemon jam from the host's mamma, in true Sicilian Style. We LOVED it. Book this place you will not be disappointed!!

Sehr schönes Appartment

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt. Es wurde uns sogar die Abholung vom Flughafen angeboten. Mit dem Airport Bus kommt man jedoch auch ganz gut in die Stadt und von der zentralen Busstation zum appartment waren es etwa 15 Minuten Fussweg.

Kind staff and good location

Thanks to Valeria, I can enjoy Palermo very much. Valeria is very kind and her handmaid marmalade is delicious I've ever eaten. The apartment is clean and clise to historical sites. I want to stay the apartment if I have a chance to get to Palermo.

CENTRAL , CLEAN & COMFORTABLE

Valeria runs seralcaldo like a home from home. She goes out of her way to explain how to get around and enjoy Palermo and the areas in Sicily that are convenient to reach. Her breakfast is much more than the usual 'continental'style. My room was comfortable and clean, as was everywhere else in her home. other comments mentioned noise which as a towny did not bother me, but there is less traffic with the new rules in Palermo that limit cars coming into the central area. I had a marvelous stay!
