'Authentically shabby chic chateau, an experience you will never forget. Excellent place for a large group (we were 12 most of the fortnight) and perfect for eating drinking and talking late into the night. The pool is good and needed in the summer (38 degrees while we were there). Despite the large indoor space it was the outdoor living that we particularly enjoyed. Not a place for people who want modern conveniences, but if you want authentic old french this is perfect.'

'Propriété très agréable, très bien équipée. Très bonnes prestations. Situation idéale à 5min de Carcassonne. Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine, en alternant excursions (de nombreux sites à visiter dans la région, proches de la maison) et repos bien mérité dans le jardin ou autour de la piscine. Excellent accueil, disponibilité et réactivité. Et des bons conseils pour profiter pleinement de la région. Encore merci !'

'Prima hotel met fijne kamers en comfortabele bedden. Ontbijt is luxe tegen een goede prijs. Receptie is niet 24 uur per dag open. Je krijgt een code toegestuurd om jezelf in te checken als je buiten de openingstijden arrivieert. Dit kan wel een gedoe zijn. We hadden geen code ontvangen dus moesten we gaan bellen. Dat systeem zou gemoderniseerd kunnen worden zodat het klantvriendelijker wordt. Winkels zijn niet ver weg, maar het hotel staat wel een beetje afgezonderd. Dat geeft wel rust.'

'Propere, ruime 2-persoonskamer met kitchenette. Parkeren op terrein (afgesloten) maakt dit hotel perfect voor doorreis. Zwembad proper, klein maar verfrissend na lange dag. Ontbijt: graag meer variatie maar alles is vers.'

"Positive: literally 5’ walk to entrance of Carcassonne! Car parking was very good and save. Breakfast was in the main hotel across the street with a stunning view of the city as background. Nice breakfast served at the table, plenty of choice. Nice garden to sit and relax good sized pool area. EXTREMELY nice personnel at reception and breakfast area! Negative: we stayed in a deluxe room in the ***star Mommerency. Small rooms/bathroom, noisy at times, clean but tired looking. Shower/bath: only hot water because the thermostat button was stuck solid. No coffee/tea facility in the room. Ofcourse you do pay less than in the main building and we did not spend much time in our room. "
