'One thing I really liked about this place was it’s literally walking distance from the airport, about two blocks away. The transfer company had my flight wrong so didn’t show up, and I really wanted to get to the hotel to use the pool, so I walked, and it was fine. They actually let me into my room early, which was very kind, and let me check out late because I was coming back from a beach excursion and wanted to have a shower. 'Inaki Uhi has a great location "downtown" Hanga Roa. There are a couple of supermarkets close to the hotel and a bakery next door (empañadas!) and some good restaurants across the road. Its a small walk to the "harbor" (mainly a few small boats for fishing and scubadiving). Alvaro, the host, knows a lot about the island so try taking a tour with him! The wifi works but isn't really fast.'

'The property was in a good location. Being picked up at the airport upon arrival was great. Manager did not speak english and failed to mention that dishes for the kitchen were actually in our room. We were not told in advance about the cultural show. There was only a sign in Spanish on the day it took place, so we missed it. The batheoom was extremely small. No bar soap or shampoo available. Breakfast was prepackaged processed foods. Pretty much the same thing for the entire stay. I thought it...

'This was a great stay at Tupa Hotel. A warm welcome at the airport. A great professional and cute staff ! Everyday you really saw the room was cleaned and they did an amazing job. Made different designs of the towels every day. This hotel and experiences on the island will never get out of my memories. Thanks to everybody in Tupa Hotel.'

'Enorm vriendelijke mensen die je graag helpen. Bij aankomst word je opgehaald en krijg je gelijk een citytour zodat je een beetje een idee hebt waar je zijn moet.'

'Hele goede service v.w.b ophaalservice van vliegveld en regelen eilandtour. Kamers gedateerd en sanitair niet zo geweldig. Schoonmaak heel matig, bedden worden wel opgemaakt maar douche, toilet en wasbak zijn in de 4 nachten dat wij er verbleven niet schoongemaakt; ook de handdoeken zijn niet gewisseld. Locati heel goed, dicht bij centrum en zicht op de zee. Prijs - kwaliteit is oké, wij betaalden 75 us dollar per nacht en 1 dag gratis jeep.'
