'Kamers waren prima, badkamer ook ook. Transport vanaf het vliegveld was wel geregeld, en Claudia helpt goed (als je Spaans spreekt). Receptie van het hotel was ver onder de maat.. De balie was helemaal niet open, en het toilet werkte niet. Waar dat betreft was het meer een Airbnb.'

'The property was in a good location. Being picked up at the airport upon arrival was great. Manager did not speak english and failed to mention that dishes for the kitchen were actually in our room. We were not told in advance about the cultural show. There was only a sign in Spanish on the day it took place, so we missed it. The batheoom was extremely small. No bar soap or shampoo available. 'Very basic accommodation but the owner is very nice and does the airport transfer for you. You can hire a car from her but no bikes. Wifi is only in the reception area and works pretty good. '

'We enjoyed our stay at Chez Jerome on our trip to Easter Island. Jerome and his family are wonderful people and so helpful. We were met at the airport with Lei's and just a short ride to Chez Jerome. We hired Celine to show us the island and she is a wealth of knowledge. 'I had an outstanding time in Easter Island with my wife. And to make my stay even better was the amazing treatment we were given by Maru at her hotel. She’s an incredible person and took care of us like family. Great room and a delicious breakfast daily. We made a great choice . Very memorable to be picked up at the airport and be greeted by Maru with 2 beautiful Flower Leis Collars . '

'Actually the cabin was spacey and OK to stay in as long as you don't mind reguarly sweeping out cockroaches and mostly have cold showers due to a somewhat unreliable water heating. Due to a warm climate I reckon that is not a problem. These things were no problem and we had a great week on Rapa Nui. 'Calidad/precio regular. La habitación es grande y cómoda, pero es caro, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el estado de la cocina y los utensilios. Daba un poco de asco cocinar ahí. En general ves poco mantenimiento, lo dejan envejecer y desgastarse.'

Implementos de cocina sucios. No recomendable a nadie. Very bad. Location offered is not real. It is not even close to the sea. They blame Hotels.com for the location they provided. Shower water never got warm. Very small bathroom. Dirty kitchen utensils. Not recommended to anyone.'

'Loved the little dogs that walked around the premises and participated in the general happy atmosphere. Disadvantage is the poor condition of wifi access.'

'Location was perfect. The property manager Tito was great. He picked up and droped us off at the airport. Explains how everything worked in the cabin even arranged tours. Also room has Air Conditioning. It's not a 5 star hotel and could use a bit of updating. Great price point and location.'
