Stay, play and make a lifetime of memories at our Brand-new Lake Ozark Oasis! We are a husband-and-wife team, who loved creating this beautiful home for our rental families and ours. You will absolutely love this home and the personal touches we've added to create a cozy, inviting & fun space! We provide everything you may need during your stay, so all you have to do is unpack, relax & enjoy your family time.

This is a very family friendly home, designed for our renter families who want to enjoy a family-friendly vacation home. We are not a party house and do not rent to large groups of friends and/or bachelorette/bachelor parties. This is our family home, and we want to keep it that way and we trust you will treat it with as much love and respect, as you would your own home.

Enjoy your morning coffee while peacefully watching boats race by on one of TWO large decks overlooking the Main Channel at Mile Marker 21. Being a mama of two young babies, I wanted to create a home, where you could come relax and not have to worry about everything you might need that you're leaving behind, or worse - having to pack IT ALL. I truly tried to think of everything with you Mama’s in mind, so hopefully I didn't disappoint!

Home has a full-sized crib & pack and play (sheets for both) with changing station, a high-chair, stroller, a nursery rocking/recliner, baby gate, sound machine with night light, potty chair seat, lots of children’s books, puzzles, blocks and toys to keep them busy. There is also a set of toddler/infant plates, cups & utensils.

Home features two Waterfront King Suites with attached full baths and double vanities. Both masters have a gorgeous view overlooking the main channel. You don’t even have to leave the bed to listen to the water crash onto the shoreline. (One located on the lower level, and one located on the main level)

Additionally, there is a bunk room with double bunks (twin/double’s) and another full bath. Stay in and relax by the huge cozy fireplace, binge your favorite shows on one of the many smart tv’s throughout the home (Huge flat screens in almost every room of the house.) Catch a movie and popcorn in the theater room on a brand new 100” (yes, that is right - o n e h u n d r e d inch flat screen!)

Shoot a game of pool, play outdoor shuffleboard with a waterfront view, play over 500 arcade games, tons of cards and board games, or venture out into the community to swim or boat around. Home has cable tv & high-speed internet with designated workspace area for those work from vacationers. There is a 10x30 Boat slip and a PWC lift/spot on the same dock available for rent.

Home is fully stocked with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, tons of glasses, dishes & cookware, pots & pans, crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee bar station (Keurig) with coffee, creamer, and sugar all provided. There is an outdoor electric grill as well. (gas grills are prohibited in the community).

This is a waterfront unit located at “The Ledges” in building 10. Unit is on the 1st floor and is 2 levels. Stairs are required. There are 2 pools (open Memorial Day to Labor Day), one with a playground and sandy Beach area and one on the point of the property. The sandy beach playground and lake swimming kids really enjoy!

By water or by land this unit is conveniently located. Walmart and Dierbergs are closely located for groceries and drinks. We are located only a quick boat ride or car ride to many great waterfront restaurants (many with swim-up style bars), such as Redhead Yacht Club, Dog Days, Backwater Jacks and The Cozy Café. The Outlet mall, putt-putt golf, go karting and indoor/outdoor water parks can be found only a few miles away.
