The Space:

Morning light streams through the tall windows, casting a gentle glow over the open living space. You step onto the private patio and hear the soft rustle of leaves along the tree‑lined street. A quiet neighborhood invites you to unwind after a day of Orlando’s attractions, while the tiny home feels like a personal oasis.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom holds a single bed that comfortably sleeps up to three guests with extra pillows and blankets provided. Bed linens are fresh, and the layout keeps everything within easy reach.



Bathroom & laundry

A renovated bathroom offers bathroom essentials and fresh towels for a comfortable stay. A free washer and dryer sit in‑unit, making longer visits hassle‑free.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is ready for home‑cooked meals, complete with a coffee maker for relaxed mornings. Bar‑height seating at the countertop creates a simple spot to dine, work, or plan the day ahead. The open layout connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing you to move freely while preparing food.



Living space

A mid‑century modern vibe blends with contemporary touches, highlighted by large windows and air conditioning that keep the interior cool. The living area features a Smart TV with streaming services, perfect for winding down after exploring the city. A dedicated workspace in the common area offers a quiet place to catch up on emails.

Step outside to a fully fenced backyard that feels like a small retreat. A patio set up for outdoor dining invites you to enjoy Orlando’s mild weather, and string lights add a gentle glow for evenings spent outdoors.



Location

Nestled in College Park, the home is a short walk from Winter Park Village, downtown Orlando, and cultural spots such as the Science Center and Museum of Art. Disney World and Universal Studios are within an easy drive, while local restaurants, breweries, and charming neighborhood streets are just moments away.



Access & extras

You’ll enter through a private entrance with self check‑in via smart lock. Free on‑premises parking and additional street parking are available. WiFi connects you throughout the space, and the single‑level layout ensures easy movement for all guests. Whether you’re visiting for work, leisure, or a mix of both, the retreat offers comfort and convenience in the heart of Orlando.

Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
