The amenities were excellent as well as the customer service. The breakfast has plenty of variety. Coffee both regular, decaf as well as hot water is available 24/7. Ple ty of parking and across the street from Wawa. We stayed in room 214.
My daughter and I travel quite a bit for her club sports. We look at the reviews before booking. I appreciate the people who put as accurate information as possible because we are going to check. Let's begin.
Whoever put on the review that the beds are comfortable. It's always best to put a reference. So the next guests, can understand what you have at home to what you enjoyed most from the establishment. The beds are not comfortable. Our household has medium plush mattresses. This hotel has only firm. So if plywood with a bed sheet is your thing, they will welcome you with open arms. We had to use two pillows to equal one pillow in our home, just to make it through the night and we never a restful night. We both were tossing and turning while sleeping in our separate queen beds. The room is located next to the both elevators. I wish companies would make rooms like this one for the employees only not a guest room. Everytime someone summoned for an elevator, we heard it, including the noise inside. At the time, we had of booking, the hotel was sold out when we arrived. We initially felt blessed to find a hotel near the convention center but you learn what life throws at you as you go.
