'This is a gem in the heart of Ollantaytambo! I came here after having experience a not-so-well checkin experience elsewhere, but Meda at the reception was so kind and accomodating. The checkin was smooth, the room is decent for a one-night stay (as I did) and the common areas are so beautiful! Besides the great mountain views, I was more impressed by their service during my checkout. I had to leave way early to catch the train leading to Machu Picchu, which would have meant that i had to skip...

'It’s a best place to stay in Ollantaytambo with the ruins viewable from the roof top and our room window. It’s not steep as we thought walking up from main plaza. We enjoyed walking around, to the ruins / restaurants. Felt very safe among the locals. The owner and the staff were extremely nice and helpful. They organized the transportation to pick us up from Cusco airport and toured the Sacred Valley. They provided free luggage storage when we went to visit Machu Picchu. It’s about 15 minutes...

'There is no king bed available in the hostel although we booked for a king bed room. Apparently there is new ownership who tried to inform expedia of the mistake but they were not successful. However we were upgraded to a bigger room as compensation. The service was excellent. The property may need a bit of upgrade especially when the toilet didn’t flush too well. 'Cumpriu sua finalidade de uma pernoite antes de visitar Machu Picchu. Estava doente e precisava imprimir meu seguro-saúde. Não havia lan houses abertas naquela hora e a funcionária da recepção fez o favor de imprimir para mim. Gostei da garrafinha de agua mineral de brinde! Infelizmente o hotel é meio escondido, em um lugar meio longe da praça principal e que pode exigir taxi para ir à estação de trem. Fora isso, sem reclamações.'
