B&B in Okada Manila

'Bed was thick to have a good night sleep. Breakfast was good. Facility has a homey feel. Clutter should be hidden where the guests wont see it. Staffs were friendly and accommodating. '

'Everything was good except the aircon wasn't that strong which made the room kinda warm and uncomfortable. We checked the filter and it was built up with dirt and dust. After cleaning it the aircon finally got the room nice and cold.'

My reservation included free breakfast and they told my daughter that it’s not, and have them pay for it. After complaining to expedia they tried to resolve it by giving them free lunch which was the same thing they had for breakfast (spam and egg). Another thing that my daughter reported that was weird was they had to leave their room keys to them whenever they leave, and that they had to call...
