'Floor was dirty, the 2 table chairs were broken, the couch was dirty and smelled, only 1 small fan and it was broken,, extremely hot,, 5 days and no cleaning, asked for clean towels and was told to contact someone else, got a nasty email about trash that I was to take out , no toilet paper, had to buy some, only good thing was the location, would not stay again, can NOT recommend, should get a refund'

"It was a good hotel. The breakfast was really good and the restaurants in the hotel are very nice as well. There’s not a lot to do aorund the hotel and the neighborhood didn’t feel super safe. The only complaint is that when I booked it said that early check in was possible, well it’s only possible if you buy a whole night more, which would’ve been fine if that was mentioned before I booked with promotion, the extra night was almost my total of 3 nights. We had to wait in the lobby from 6am until 3pm because we couldn’t check in."
