« The house was great. Beds were super comfortable bed in a box type. No weird annoying things and stuff. One negative and its a big one. I didnt deduct a star because its not a house issue. The parking is horribe. No street parking and there is a shared driveway with another unit. This is a problem when you need to come and go. If they other property is occupied try to work it out. If you have a lof guests coming for a meet up like we did with 3 cars figure something out ahead of time. 5...

« This property is very conveniently located. You can walk to many bars and restaurants. If you drive you will likely have to pay for parking. I was a little nervous because the smoke detector was torn out in my bedroom but the one in the other bedroom was intact. Also be aware that there is a patio but there is no lawn. »

« I found this property quite disappointing. First, it is in a very old student apartment complex and some of the interior has not been refurbished in decades. Second, it was not clean -- visible mildew in the bathroom and also moldy odors; kitchen also had an odor. « We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to cook an easy Christmas dinner in the kitchen. The beds were comfy. Our only real complaint were that the stairs were a bear and the couch was difficult to get out of. Laurel was very responsive. »
