« Great place, nice quiet street. Street parking is free, which was great since we had a truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. My only criticism is the comfort of the furniture. Beds are extremely soft - too much so for our taste. Others may find that to be a plus. Also, the living room furniture is attractive, but not very comfortable. But the kitchen chairs are more comfortable and can be easily mobed into the living room. »

« Great location. We drove in, but the Brown line is within a ten minute walk. At present there is no permit parking (Yay!), so we were able to park for free down the street, but there are some limitations M-F, 8am-4pm at the far end of the street. The apartment was clean and as described. Heat was radiator. I didn’t see A/C but we didn’t need it in the winter. The bed was a king and very comfortable. While the bedroom closest to the kitchen was verging on chilly, the room at the front of the building was too hot to sleep in. Be aware that the listing is incorrect with how it describes what credentials will be required at check-in.
