'Great place, nice quiet street. Street parking is free, which was great since we had a truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. My only criticism is the comfort of the furniture. Beds are extremely soft - too much so for our taste. Others may find that to be a plus. Also, the living room furniture is attractive, but not very comfortable. But the kitchen chairs are more comfortable and can be easily mobed into the living room. '

As stated in the listing, the heat/air control is outside of this unit and you need to message management to adjust for you. They were VERY responsive to our requests to get it adjusted to our liking (super fast).
