'Everything was as expected and laid out in the description. Communication was quick and smooth. And you can‘t beat the proximity to the beaches. '

'We had a great time being so close to the beach and within very close walking to great restaurants. It was a very busy weekend and the place was perfect for what we needed. I will say, the check in process has quite a few steps and the instructions are as good as they're going to get, but you do have to pay attention to details. Also, it is not set up to have people over, as there is lots of notice to not be noisy which was hard with older kids, but would be great if you wanted something quiet...

'This was a perfect place to stay for my son and I. It was walking distance to Belmont Park and Pacific Beach with all of the fun restaurants and activities. Mission Beach was so close to our front door we could walk bear foot to the beach daily. We were excited to find boogie boards and beach chairs for us to use! The bed was super comfortable and we listened to the ocean at night with the windows open. I highly recommend. '

'For a single person or couple with laid back plans to enjoy beautiful San Diego and Mission Beach, this is a great find! Having a dedicated parking spot is so important in the area . Depending on the time of year of your stay, it was a little warm in the unit so mastering the air conditioning was key. '

'Prime Location. Steps away from the beach. Walking distance to great restaurants,Bars, Coffee Shops and more. Access to Chairs, Boards and Beach stuff for the guests was cool. Hot Tub was nice. House is a condo and a little on the smaller side, but was able to accommodate six guys comfortably. If we had a seventh guy the pull out couches in the living room would have had to be re-arranged each night/morning and would be extremely tight.
