'Sincere was amazing! He greeted us warmly and was super professional. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location for restaurants and shopping. Easy to find. The staff at the bar was also friendly and knowledgeable. '

The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills.'
