'An honest review: this is a daylight basement so know that going in. The decor is great and it’s nicely updated. I had really frustrating communication issues with the host on more than one occasion which means that I will definitely not stay here again. The 10am checkout time is very unreasonable, and the cleaners knocked on the door early at 9:40am, when i brought this to the host he was flippant. I don’t love microfiber bedding/sheets, but that’s a personal preference. Pillows were not great...

'The house worked very well for our family of 4 plus a couple of dogs. Having the downstairs, which was fully equipped with bathroom and kitchen and accessible to the hot tub outside was a big benefit. Lee was very responsive to emails before, during and after our trip. The house is near the light rail, which some family members used to go to UW for a game. '

'Older multi-level spacious home in quiet safe neighborhood. Kitchen is small but very functional and has pretty much anything you might need. Within a few minutes drive you can get to stores, restaurants, UW. Bit of a hassle to get stuff from car to house up the walkway and steps in the rain. And wish we could have used the fireplace. But all in all a pleasant stay and would recommend. '
