'Pull out couch was not comfortable. It had a very cheap mattress, not really suitable for sleeping.'

'I asked for something to drown the on/off noise of the a/c unit and staff went out of their way to provide a small floor fan that did the trick! Breakfast was good tasting and substantial and the mini waffles were a big hit. Housekeeping came in the afternoon when we were exhausted and this should have happened when we we're away at the ark. Given the charge for the room parking should be free as it is with most other venues. Being close enough to walk through the gate to the ark was VERY nice....

Unless others not available based on my travel schedule and economy, I would not mind staying at the same or other properties associated with the same brand. I have no reason at all, to avoid the brand.'
