« très déçu par cet hôtel où nous étions déjà venu ; le ménage dans les chambre n'est pas fait tous les jours , il faut demander ; petit déjeuner ridicule , on dirait un motel ; nous avons séjourné dans d'autres hôtels non loin de là , et cela n'a rien n'a voir »

« The check in person at the front desk is racist and I am a black female. He checked in a white couple in front of me, greeted them and told them about the fee for incidents, and the man asked how much the fee was. The check in person told them a different fee than when it was my turn, I was not greeted and was charged the whole fee and an additional fee, both I will be contesting with my bank. We also took pictures of the room before we left to prove the room was left decent. »
