« I like how it was quiet and safe it was. Owner was very sweet and was very prompt with responses with all my questions my only complaint is the water was cold and wouldn't heat up while washing my hands other then that the place was pretty great! »

« Excellent experience. Guesthouse was clean, fully equipped kitchen & laundry, bathroom & shower very good, bedroom quite small but the bed very comfortable. Only issue was w AC: it cooled fine but a bit touchy finding the exact setting & fan speed for consistent comfort. Parking no problem. Pretty close to LV strip (12-15'). Very good value, we would stay there again. »

« What a great stay we had at David’s rental! It was clean, comfortable and great communication. We Absolutely Loved the location, so close to downtown Las Vegas and an 8 min drive to the airport. The only thing I have to say on the downside is that the mattress was a little hard for our liking but that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again if we were ever in the area again! »

« My booking was never sent to the company hosting the house. I was left without a place to stay. I received emails confirming my booking and the money was taken from might account as well. Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home. »
