« Overall the property is worth the price. The proximity to the airport is great; it’s also close to the strip but far enough away to avoid the chaos. The host is very responsive and accommodating. He allowed us to check out at 12:30p instead of 11am which was greatly appreciated. Having a private designated outdoor space was great, though it definitely needs some cleaning up. The inside of the apartment is modest, but efficient. The direct TV is terrible, a streaming box is a far better option...

« Excellent experience. Guesthouse was clean, fully equipped kitchen & laundry, bathroom & shower very good, bedroom quite small but the bed very comfortable. Only issue was w AC: it cooled fine but a bit touchy finding the exact setting & fan speed for consistent comfort. Parking no problem. Pretty close to LV strip (12-15'). Very good value, we would stay there again. »

« I like how it was quiet and safe it was. Owner was very sweet and was very prompt with responses with all my questions my only complaint is the water was cold and wouldn't heat up while washing my hands other then that the place was pretty great! »

Clean, easy to find, private.
Places nearby within walking distance:
Walmart, in-n-out, and a general small shopping strip.
10 minutes to Costco.
Host’s were friendly, informative and quick to respond.

« My booking was never sent to the company hosting the house. I was left without a place to stay. I received emails confirming my booking and the money was taken from might account as well. Ultimately, I did receive a refund but after I was extremely inconvenienced!! I don’t know who dropped the ball with this booking, but there should be a better system in place for this home. »
