🛏️ Sleeping arrangement:

1–2 guests: Primary bedroom with king bed
3 guests: Second bedroom with one single bed and half bath
4-5 guests: Loft-style queen bed

Bed setup is prepared based on the number of guests included in the reservation. Beds not required for the booked guest count will remain inaccessible during the stay.

Support nearby: our family lives on the property, so help is nearby if needed, while the stay itself is designed to feel quiet, self-guided, and relaxed.

What to expect:

📍 Location & Privacy
This North Point RV is set in the backyard behind our farmhouse, not in a remote part of the farm. You will have private access to the campsite and hot tub, but this listing is best suited to guests who are comfortable staying near the host home. 🦟 Nature is Part of the Experience:
Because this is a rural campsite in the woods, seasonal insects such as ladybugs and flies may occasionally be present, especially in warmer or transitional seasons. We clean carefully, but this is part of country living and cannot be completely eliminated.

🕒 Check-In / Check-Out:
To allow the time and attention required to fully reset the entire campsite, early check-in and late check-out are not available.

👥Registered guests only:
Only guests on the reservation may check in or stay overnight.

🛏️ Additional Bed Setup:
If use of an additional bed is needed, the reservation must be updated to the corresponding guest count. We encourage guests to notify us in advance so the bed can be prepared and ready before arrival.

🐾 Pets are welcome by pre-approval only and must be accurately included in the reservation. Check-in may be delayed or declined if a pet has not been approved or properly added to the booking.
