'The Betsie River Bungalow was perfect for our ski getaway this winter. The home was very comfortable, clean, and in a gorgeous location. Providing snowshoes was a fun extra that we enjoyed, trekking out into the woods. The owner is very responsive and it is obvious the guests’ needs are thoughtfully taken care of in advance. Our family definitely recommends this gem! '

'It was a great little house for us and the price was right. We were up there for my wife's graduation from NMU. (Online student but wanted to walk) It was about a 40 min drive to campus but we knew that coming in. There were a couple small things that could be improved on. The back bedroom register cover needs to fixed as it is squeaky when heat was one, one ice cube tray is broken, could use a clock on the wall someplace, entertanment center door needs repair, and back door window needs...

'Great communication with owners. Close to lake. Property was up for sale, but we were not informed of that. There was a separate lockbox for the realtor and we were worried they’d have a showing during our stay. Cute decor; nicely decorated. It could’ve been cleaned better; everything was quite dusty. Overall nice place would just recommend a better cleaning.'

'We loved staying here and were sad when we needed to go! Char and Dave were excellent hosts and we felt like we were staying with our favorite aunt and uncle! They treated us like family. The house set up was great, we loved the lake access, meeting Susie Q (cutest dog ever), loved the pontoon ride, and it felt like a true vacation.
