'The apartment was a bit dirty and had maintenance items, like doors and wooden panels, behind the sofa in the living room, which was unappealing. There was also considerable damage to the shower doors, room doors, and the walls of the apartment. In my opinion, they should perform a general maintenance check before renting out the property. On the positive side, the location was in the heart of Madrid, with almost all tourist attractions within walking distance.'

The apartment is beautiful and the location is superb; we could walk to everything we wanted to see and do. Angel really cares about the apartment and his guests and make them feel welcome in Madrid. 'We were upgraded to a bigger place due to some lock issue but the place had a leak on the main bathroom they did fix but the master bedroom bathroom smelled like sewer and the locks were funky; the beds were too firm for us too. I asked for an early check-in but they were pretty firm on checkin in at 3pm and there is a fee so we opted not to. '
