'We had an excellent stay and everything exceeded our expectations! The property managers are very accommodating and easy to communicate with over WhatsApp. They let us keep our bags in the room before check-in and even allowed us to check in way earlier. The apartment is in a great location next to restaurants, grocery, and the Metro to go anywhere in Madrid. All spaces were very clean and the bathrooms were maintained daily. 'Beautiful apartment continently located by the metro and bus stops. Only issues was with the check-in and the noise. Beware that they will not call you if you have issues and just want to text back and forth which takes up too much time in an urgent matter. You also have to pick up the key 5 mins away. The walls are paper thin but aside that everything else way thoughtful and perfect. They should provide earplugs as you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing and saying.'

'Es un alojamiento que aunque pequeño es muy completo. Perfecto para pasar unos días en Madrid de turismo o de negocios. Parada de metro a 5 minutos y muy fácil aparcamiento gratuito libre en la calle. Lo recomiendo al 100%.'

'The apartment was clean, the location was great and very close to transit. Madrid public transit is awesome so we easily got where we needed to go. We took advantage of the proximity to the Retiro (we’ve got two little kids who especially loved the peacocks)! The Wizink Plaza was so close, and a great place for kids to play while grown ups get a drink! There was also a lot of great shopping nearby, both at Corte Ingles as well as smaller shops. "Ik had wat reviews gezien waar het hotel er niet zo best uitkwam; maar het lijkt wel of ik dan in een totaal ander hotel heb gezeten! Je zit dan weliswaar in een wijk in aanbouw; maar het is er heerlijk rustig en binnen een half uurtje toch in centrum van Madrid. Personeel komt wat onvriendelijk over maar maak een praatje en ze komen helemaal los…. Zwembad op de 6e etage is prima vertoeven; met een briesje dus flink blijven smeren. Kamer is wat je van een hotel mag verwachten: heerlijke bedden om te slapen; schone badkamer om te douchen en indien gevraagd is het geen probleem voor dagelijks schoonmaak en handdoekwissel (met extra handdoeken)……vakantie speelt zich over het algemeen toch af buiten je hotelkamer. Ontbijt was prima; mensen die klagen over te weinig variatie hebben waarschijnlijk thuis iedere ochtend een buffet staan met 15 soorten beleg; fruit; diverse soorten brood en zoetigheden. Tip: kijk van tevoren wat je wil zien in Madrid en download de Uber app op je telefoon (heb ik ook voor de eerste keer geprobeerd; ging een wereld voor mij open)."
