Appartementen in Metrostation La Elipa

'The apartment was easy to locate and access, with a convenient contactless check-in process. The space itself was beautiful, spacious, well-designed, and luxurious. It featured a full-size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a clean bathroom, all of which made for a comfortable stay. However, there were a few issues that impacted the overall experience. Before check-in, I specifically reached out to confirm that the air conditioning was fully functional, as I’m aware that in some parts of Spain,...

'Very cute apartment and a convenient location with metro access nearby and airport a short drive away. Our contact, Ottmar, was helpful and friendly via messaging. While doable for 4 people it was a bit tight in some regards…ie, just 2 chairs at the kitchen table, only 2 forks available. But the biggest issue was in regard to cleanliness...floors clearly hadn't been cleaned, nor the outside of the toilet, and the shower was clogged; linens and towels were stained and hard to tell if clean. If...

'Upon arrival, we observed a lack of cleanliness, including dust on the television and furniture, as well as under the bed. Furthermore, no toiletries were provided, the bed linens contained significant hair and debris, and a used razor was found in the shower; consequently, I believe the property’s standard of cleanliness was insufficient. We had to wash the sheets and clean up a little to comfortably stay in the property.'

'I did not receive check-in information prior to my arrival day because the host claimed to be having trouble with Vrbo. The digital locks were not consistently working so I found myself locked out of the apartment when I didn’t have a key Most important is that the apartment I rented it’s not the same as the photographs on the Vrbo site. The location is good'
