'My sister and I came to Barcelona via a cruise ship. The property manager met us and helped us with our embarrassing amount of luggage. We didn’t know there were 2 flights of stairs so he helped us bring our luggage into the apartment. The location was in the middle of everything in Barcelona!! Right next to the Gothic Quarter and the Marina. We got “lost” in the area and loved it!The apartment was incredible! Very beautiful with stone walls and the coolest windows and doors I have ever seen!!...

The flat itself is lovely and has everything you would need for a comfortable long-term stay.The location is great as you're very close to the metro and Sant Antoni. 'For an in-city accommodation, the apartment was acceptable, but the photos gave an inaccurate impression. The three of the bedrooms were small and dark, with small windows looking onto the central well of the building. The living room was very small and the dining area was an enclosed porch, barely adequate for five people. Wel located, but not a welcoming space to return to.'

'We loved this property! The apartment was clean and exactly as described. The balcony is absolutely amazing. The host was very easy to communicate with. The location was within walking distance to key places like Sagrada Familia and Park Guell. There is a convenient mercado right next door and plenty of cafes and restaurants. 'Good location right next to the metro. 12€ cab to the beach. The room has almost everything you would need. Alex, the property manager, is fantastic. He’s very friendly, has great communication and provides great recommendations around the area. Quite clean (although there was a cheetoh stain on the pullout bed sheet) and it was a bit dusty in areas. Could improve by providing soap in the bathroom to wash hands (there is soap in the kitchen, but not very hygienic to have to open the bathroom...

'Great location, clean and spacious. Plenty of shops, restaurants nearby and of course, the Sagrada Familia is around the corner. The Metro stop is close as well. The only slight drawback is having to get the apartment access information only after arrival. Overall, well worth staying! '

'Downtown location was ideal. It was a bit noisy through the night with crowds walking up and down the street until the morning hours. The windows open up to the street below, but don’t keep the sound out. Our other issue was the power outages. We couldn’t use the dishwaher and the laundry at the same time. And we could only run one air conditioner or it would trip the circuit and all the power would go out. However, the one air conditioner kept our entire place cool and comfortable. And the...
