The room is very clean, and the staff are very polite. The bathroom lacks a bath mat, so the floor gets very wet after showering. It would be better if there were a bath mat in the bathroom.

Bayview Beach Resort
Big and comfortable family room. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff and good service. We liked the hotel a lot. The only thing bothering us was the traffic noise until late at night. If they could update the sliding doors with some proper isolation it would be perfect!

Amari SPICE Penang
Checked in was very smooth, "Yaya" from the checked in counter was very helpful and she even call the room to check is everything ok. Breakfast spread was superb. The only setback was the pillow for my 4 nights stay, to soft, maybe hotel can invest for a better pillow, a bit firm should be nice.

The Granite Luxury Hotel
Nice hotel! Definitely felt like 4 stars. Amazing reception very helpful! Also the housekeeping did an amazing job with cleaning the rooms. And special thanks to the greeter Ady, always welcoming us with a smile!
