Perfect for couples looking for a romantic escape or families and friends wanting all the luxuries home whilst exploring the beautiful region. large open living area with a wood burning fire, reading nook and fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms have glass doors leading to gardens. Enjoy a barbeque and glass of Margaret River wine in the Al Fresco and watch the roo’s Leap and listen to the bird life. Furnished with modern, bespoke furniture, beautiful lights and interior design. fully equipped kitchen with all your essentials. Luxurious king bedroom with large en suite and walk in robe. Queen bedroom with robe and glass doors to Al Fresco and a twin king single bedroom with wardrobe. Large bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine, tumble drier and ironing facilities. Al Fresco at the rear of the house overlooking native bush and enclosed garden, gourmet barbeque. The rear access to the house has both a motion sensor light and a CCTV Camera to deter any crime or unsolicited activities on the property.

We had the most amazing two weeks staying at Roo's Leap. Everything was perfect...ridiculously comfy bed, which made it hard to get up each day, excellent shower, kitchen had everything you needed and more. Huge fridge which was ideal for holding the vast amounts of wine we purchased during our travels in the region! The highlight though was the wildlife that surrounds the house and the abundant birdlife. Kookaburras, 28 and red capped parrots, galas, bronzewings, cockatoos, fairy wrens, the very entertaining magpies...to name but a few. We would rush back to the house for sunset each day so we could listen to the boobooks and wait for the kangaroos to make their nightly visit to munch on the lush green grass by the outside furniture. We loved Margaret River and it's an easy walk into town too. We visited Australia several times but without doubt, Roo's Leap has made this trip our favourite so far, and we hope to return again soon. Thank you Andrea for sharing it with us x

Large and spacious house, tastefully decorated, with comfortable beds. Well-situated, close enough to town, but with a lovely bush setting. Kangaroos were in the front garden when we arrived. We also enjoyed watching a variety of birdlife. Perfect for our group of 6 adults.

Wonderful stay

What a place. Margaret river, the surrounding wine estates and coast are brilliant with the small town of Margaret river an absolute revelation. Roos leap lived up to its setting, the house is perfect with high quality fittings presented in spotless fashion. I can’t think how it could be improved!

Family getaway

We loved our stay at Roo’s Leap Retreat. Came over with our adult kids. We all had a great time , both children got to have their own room. We walked to Margaret river town from the retreat, it was a lovely walk. The house is surrounded by beautiful trees and we enjoyed the birds chirping 1st thing in the morning.Had kangaroos hopping outside the rooms, loved it all. The fireplace was used all the time we were in the house. Very comfortable and spacious living room. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in. Andrea was very communicative through out the process of booking , checkin and until checkout. Wineries were not that far.Highly recommend to anyone wanting to have a house in nature yet not to far from the main town.

Wonderful retreat!

Great property just outside of town. Very peaceful, and we loved having the kangaroos right outside the door! The home is clean and comfortable and spacious. Andrea and David were very responsive, helpful, and friendly hosts. They live just down the road, so when we had a power outage, they were quick to help and bring over extra flashlights. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this rental!

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. Close enough to Margaret Rivers main strip without being too close, and just a shot 10 min drive to the beach. Property is in great condition and well looked after, comfortable for couples or a family. Great to see the kangaroos come to see us each day. I would highly recommend this property.

Without exception, the best property we have ever stayed in!

We thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay at Roo’s Leap, and would highly recommend to others. It is the perfect base from which to explore the Margaret River region, and then come home to relax by the fire with a glass of red in the evenings. It lives up to its name, with daily visits from kangaroos, kookaburras and parrots. It is impeccably clean and very well appointed. We were a family of four and another couple, and the six of us had ample room to relax and enjoy our vacation. Everything is modern, comfortable and in excellent condition. Andrea was a responsive and accommodating host. Thank you so much!
