'Beautiful property'

'Our stay was only one night to attend a concert. We have never paid this much for a room. We believed we booked a room in the building where the concert was. However, we were not placed in that building. We were given a room at the very end of another building overlooking a construction staging area. 'beautiful property. having to use the bellhop delayed our unpacking by 30 min. just carry your own bags. the valet was not included and they wanted $50 per day for the stay. at $900 a night we didn't expect to wait 10 min at the front desk to check in. but they did find a room for us an hour early allowing has to make our busy schedule. on check out we were billed an additional $60 amenities fee. we got them to reverse it but it took another 10 min for them to print a physical copy and...
