The apartment in classic modern style has a large balcony where you can enjoy wonderful views of the lake and beautiful sunsets.

The apartment is on the first floor and extends over two levels, upstairs there is an open bedroom, downstairs there are two bedrooms, the bathroom and a living/dining area with an open, modern open kitchen, which rounds off the perfect living quality of this great holiday apartment.

The very nice living area with a comfortable couch opens the way to the large balcony with a direct view of the lake and balcony furniture and a barbecue.

The very nice family complex includes a pizzeria, 4 swimming pools open from the beginning of June (Olympic size open till end of august, one with a lake view and two for children open till the middle of september), boccia, mini golf, five-a-side football, beach volleyball, a tennis court for shared use.

The beach "La Romantica" can be reached via a footpath directly in front of the complex.

A parking lot for our guests is directly behind the house. It is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car with the house electricity.

Shops for strolling can be found in Salò or Desenzano, about 12 km away. Many supermarkets can be found within a 5-minute drive.

Manerba del Garda is also an ideal starting point for hikes through the unique landscape. Picturesque places on the lake invite you to visit and if you still have time and desire, you can visit Verona, Mantua, Milan or Venice on a day trip.



The famous parks such as Gardaland, Movieland or the Caneva water park are about 35 km away to spend a day of fun. Ask for discounted tickets at check-in.
