'The location of the accomodation is very central in Makati, directly connected to a big shopping center. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. The extra bed we had was a shame, looked like a cheap hostel bed and slept like that as well, while for the extra...

'Overall the stay was great. Check in and check out was fast. Rooms were big n clean. Location was perfect just cross the street and you are inside a big mall connected with other malls. No need to suffer from the heat. Only draw back the bed was firm for my wifes taste and bathroom sink was clogged on our last day. Staff was excellent in providing customer service.'
