Flats in Lower Florida Keys

'It was an amazing experience. They communicated often about the stay. The property was easy to find. They had 2 elevators and they were actually quick and carts for loading and unloading. The pool was clean and secluded. There is a small store at the entrance of the property if you need something and don't want to run out. I have stayed in VRBO's that provide very little of the necessities and this one had everything we need. The checkout was so easy.'

'Pool was great! Just far enough from Duval street to get away and relax if needed or jump in the car and head down for live music! '

'Very clean and modern units with all of the amenities. Very comfortable for the 5 of us. Nice pool area and convenient to all sites. Shuttle service to Ferry terminal was excellent benefit'

'Very short stay (3 days), but worth it. Host was very communicative and even met us to show us how to use the locks (they can be trickey) Would recommend this for anyone who wants to vist the Keys!'

'The service was great. The apartment was very good and clean. Ricky was very attentive and helpful. We had a great time.'

'If you’re looking for a spotless rental that goes above and beyond, look no further. In addition we were picked up from the airport. We had a late return flight so the company held our bags and took us to the airport. I highly recommend this condo. Thank you!'

'Smooth process, clean room and not noisy at all'

'We loved the sugar palm studio, the private pool setting and the awesome landscaping, a great idea for the filtered water and ice also, would definitely return if I had to add one thing, I would have liked a small table and two chairs in the room for two people to sit down instead of one chair, but it not a big deal, thank you!!!'

'The place was absolutely perfect for a Key West getaway. Everything was nice and clean. The house was wonderful. She responded immediately did have a little trouble with the TV in the master bedroom but otherwise everything was very well supplied and for the price and the view it was phenomenal. I really enjoyed it.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking supplies and utensils we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay. We also appreciated the thoughtful extras, including laundry and dishwasher pods. The location was very convenient, with grocery stores just a short drive away. We enjoyed using the grill one evening to cook dinner, which was a great amenity. Another night,...

'The host was great, very helpful, and responded quickly whenever we had questions. However, for the price paid, the property did not meet expectations. The furniture felt outdated and the home could benefit from some remodeling and upgrades. The rooms also could use additional beds to better accommodate guests. We also had trouble locking the door during our stay. Small touches like coffee creamer, complimentary water, or snacks would have made the experience more welcoming. Overall, while the...

'Room is located on the second floor of very nice old building. Large porch made it wonderful to sit out on in the morning and evening. The room was not quite ready when we were supposed to check in due to prior occupants leaving it a mess but housekeeping did a great job getting it ready. Beautiful high ceilings, ceiling fans and AC that worked well. Just a few steps from lower Duval with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. 5 minute walk to the Hemmingway house and the Southernmost...

'Overall we had a positive experience, but there were some hiccups. There was an error with charging our card initially - not a huge issue, but I expect the charges that are incurred to match what VRBO says will be charged - even if off by just 0.01. The hosts did respond and let me know that the error was with their system processor, but in hindsight it as a bit telling. The unit is difficult to find as the numbers on the exterior of the building are not the same as the unit number for this...

'Absolutely perfect! Great location, great property and great unit. Beautiful pool area with ice machine and filtered water dispenser was a highlight for the very hot and humid time we visited. Would return immediately and stay in the same spot. Thank you for a very enjoyable time in Key West!'

'The apartment is good size and comfortable but the location is fantastic.walking distance to all of old town bars and restaurants. Three blocks to southernmost point. We walked to everything definitely would love to come back here and totally recommend'
