The property is nice, has a nice pool and hot tub, however the area around the property downtown LA has a lot of homeless people so it’s kinda unsafe to walk around at night after 10pm. Otherwise the property was in good condition, the room was nice but you can tell it has been used quite a bit. Some of the cupboards in the kitchen were a little broken, the beds were not the most comfy and seemed agile when sitting on them. Personally I would stay here again if it wasn’t for the homeless population around downtown LA. For my next trip I would definitely recommend staying in Beverly Hills or West Hollywood area!

Downtown Los Ángeles in general is not safe and it’s very dirty. But the hotel is good clean. It took the staff about an hour to check me in. Parking is very expensive. 50 for self parking and 65 for valet parking per day.

I always stay at the level when i go to la. Location is very convenient and level has a kitchen so its nice :) but there is no housekeeping services. And sofa bed was broken in the room that i stayed.

The views of downtown LA and surrounding were amazing. The sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous. However the property seems neglected. The 2 bedroom suite we were in had power outlets in the kitchen that didn’t work and one was broken. The dishwasher didn’t really work. Only the TV in the living room worked, the TVs in other 2 rooms didn’t work with the remote. The pool was under maintenance and guest were offered to use the pool in the neighboring property. But the basketball court was great, my son and I enjoyed it. Since we were out pretty much all day sightseeing so didn’t really have much time time to watch TV or do extensive cooking so we made do

The property was clean with amazing views of downtown los angles restaurants & shopping stores were in walking distance of our suite. the only issue was someone that occupied the suite next ours had at least 2 or 3 small dogs that were constantly barking or growling upon us entering or leaving our room and sometimes throughout the night we could hear them. other than that it’s a beautiful place to stay while in DTLA!

We had a two bedroom, 2 bath suite which was super spacious and worked out well for our family of 5. However, we were pretty grossed out by how filthy it was. Cabinets had dirty handprints all over them and there were crumbs on the shelves. Shower had someone’s leftover shavings on top of the shampoo dispenser, grimy floors, baseboards in bad shape and pulling away from the wall. Our room looked over the patio where they project the movies outside each night and it was extremely loud pretty late into the night. The hallways smelled strongly of weed and some type of food cooking constantly. One of the biggest let downs were that because of the pictures we were expecting a really nice pool and hot tub area and all we found was an empty, run-down looking pool and a half-full hot tub that was out of service. Definitely wouldn’t have stayed there if we knew that were the case. The self parking was convenient but seemed a bit steep at $50/day. On the positive side the towels were really soft and the bed linens were clean and crisp.

We were pleasantly surprised to find this hotel. Modern and clean, the rooms were incredibly spacious. The hotel is pet friendly but still feels high end. Our dogs loved the city views. Friendly, accommodating staff. Will stay here next time we visit LA!
