We arrived at 5:15 for a 3:00 PM check-in—more than two hours late—and were told our room still wasn’t ready. This hotel is just three miles from SoFi Stadium and should be fully aware when major events are taking place. They clearly weren’t. Dozens of frustrated guests stood around waiting for rooms that hadn’t been cleaned, let alone assigned. Meanwhile, the concert we came for—with three major acts—began at 5:45. Thanks to this hotel’s incompetence, we missed the first band entirely and barely made it in for the second.
Josh, the GM, was conveniently nowhere to be found, leaving his overwhelmed staff to deal with the chaos. No apology. No concession. No accountability. Just a complete failure of management and customer service.
We’ll never stay here again—and we’ll make sure others know to avoid it, too.
