High-end accents include air conditioning, underfloor heating and a wine cooler. The flat is located in one of the trendiest areas in the city, where you can find some of the most fashionable streets, markets, galleries, bars and some of the bests restaurants in town.



The Space:

Flat is located in a dedicated building of 8 flats. Space is extremely secure, with floor to ceiling windows, loads of natural light and great location



COVID CLEANING SAFETY MEASURES:



We are a professional short let management company with operations in major UK cities. We meet and exceed the COVID-19 cleaning guidelines set out by the WHO and the UK Government to guarantee the safety of our guests:



Our professional cleaners:

Use DETTOL * (and other may be used) brands alcohol and bleach-based products

Spend extra time disinfecting high touch surfaces such as switches, knobs, handles, remotes

Wear face masks and gloves

Do not leave excess linen in properties.

Shoreditch is one of London's most vibrant neighbourhoods. Our flat is located in the heart of Shoreditch and provides a tranquil air-conditioned retreat in the heart of London Town.



Getting Around:

Shoreditch High Street Tube station - 2 minutes walk

Liverpool Street Station / Tube - 10 minutes walk

Old Street Tube - 10 minutes walk



Other Things to Note:

Check-in:

-You must confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours before arrival. If you do not confirm the time, we will schedule the check-in at 3pm. Additional charges may apply if you check-in later than the scheduled time.



Late check-in fees:

- For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50.

- For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75.



The late check-in fee will be applicable based upon the time you will reach to the apartment and we will initiate a request to charge the amount accordingly in case you arrive after 10:00 PM.



- Baby cot has small charge of £15 inc VAT per stay

- Extra Bed is £35 inc VAT per stay



For security reasons:

- We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.

- We don't accept 3rd party check-ins. If you cannot be present for the check-in you will need to add the person checking in to the booking and present additional information.



Interaction with Guests:

We have a porter on site between 0900hrs and 1600hrs each day. Our support team are available between 0700hrs and 2200hrs each day.
