The living room has a sitting area, a TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. It is also generously lit, perfect for sharing moments with your group.

The kitchen includes appliances, essential cookware, and crockery to fulfill your culinary requirements. A washer is available for your laundry needs.

Both bedrooms are elegantly decorated, and the queen beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens.

The bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including fresh towels and toiletries for your convenience.

To ensure peace of mind during your stay, all reservations require either a £500 refundable security deposit or a £20 non-refundable Damage Waiver, which covers accidental damage up to £200 (applicable to non-Airbnb bookings only). We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Marylebone is a chic residential area with a village feel, centred on the indie boutiques and smart restaurants of Marylebone High Street. Tourists queue for the Madame Tussauds waxwork museum and the Sherlock Holmes Museum, the latter in the fictional sleuth’s home at 221b Baker Street. The Georgian mansion that houses the Wallace Collection of art and period furnishings typifies the area's elegant architecture.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Baker Street, is just a 9-minute walk.

Heathrow Airport is a 50-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
