GuestReady - Amazing flat in Trendy Hoxton

This spacious flat sleeps up to 4 people in separate bedrooms. The Super King and King size beds include comfortable hotel quality linen - fluffy towels and toiletries are also provided for each guest. The flat is professionally cleaned before your stay so you will nothing else to worry about before you arrive. We can also arrange in stay cleaning at your request for an additional fee. There is superfast WIFI and central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.

The flat features a modern kitchen which is fully stocked with lots of equipment in case you want to cook meals at home. The flat has a dining table which sits 4. The living area has a comfortable sofa and a TV for your use.

You will have entire access to the flat during your stay. There will always be someone available to help if case you have any questions or need any assistance.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The flat is located in the buzzing suburb of Hoxton. There is a food and bric a brac market on Saturdays nearby the flat and you can walk to Old St station in 10 minutes, or to Hoxton Overground in 5 minutes. There are a loads of great restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance. There is also Shoreditch park which is only 5 minutes from the flat.

There are a large amount of options to get around. There is old st tube station, hoxton overground and lots of buses to connect you to different parts of London.

The flat is located on the 2nd floor of the building so there are two flights of stairs to walk up. There is no lift.

There is a tv in the flat but it is not displayed in the pictures. Please note there is no regular programming but some apps.

Guests are welcome to check in any time after 3pm, but please be aware we do charge a £30 late check-in fee from 10pm to 8am.

Extra cleaning and linen services available upon request at an extra charge - please inquire for details. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a £300 smoking fee, at minimum.Please also note we do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
