I liked the location and the style of the hotel. It is situated closeby a lot of sightseeing occasions (Tower of London, Tower Bridge, St. Paul's, etc.). The only downside of our stay was that since we were only staying for 1 night, they gave us a room with disabled-person aids. This meant that the sink in the bathroom was situated exceptionally low to the ground (i.e. for a person in a wheelchair for example), which caused unease for us while using it. However, next to that there were no other discomforts during our stay.
