Enjoy a splendid view of the Mediterranean Sea from the villa. The villa covers a built surface of 120 m2 on a 600 m2 plot, offering ample space for your comfort. A beautifully designed garden and a permanent stone BBQ with cooking utensils are at your disposal. The swimming pool is located at the back of the villa, accessible through the terrace.
