This beautiful and atmospheric four-bedroom villa can accommodate eight people and features a private swimming pool, as well as stunning views across the azure waters of the Mediterranean. Villa Arlequin is situated alongside a quiet road that is mainly used for local traffic. There is room to park your car at the property. The beautiful, pearly-white beach is just 3.5 km away, while the lively town centre, with its many shops, wide range of restaurants and vibrant nightlife is found at a distance of just 1.5 to 3 km. Because of its ideal and rustic setting, Villa Arlequin is the perfect holiday location for families.
 

Villa Arlequin is a spacious detached villa with a total living space that measures some 300m2. On the ground floor, you will find a pretty, fully furnished living room complete with flat-screen satellite TV and an open fireplace. Adjoining this is a luxuriously appointed dining area that leads to a large and fully equipped family kitchen with direct access to the partly covered terrace. From the terrace, which offers two separate seating areas, you can enjoy fabulous views over the sea while enjoying a delicious meal prepared on the stone barbecue. On this same level, there is a double bedroom together with a bathroom with a shower. On the floor above, you will find a further three bedrooms as well as two spacious bathrooms with bath or shower, basin and WC. This contemporary and well-maintained holiday villa is flooded with light in the living and dining room as well as the kitchen, and offers a practical layout as well as a cosy ambience. To complete the picture, free Wi-Fi is also included at this villa!
 

From the partly covered terrace, steps lead you down to the lovely private swimming pool. The beautifully landscaped gardens invite you to spend time and relax on one of the sun loungers provided. The beautiful sea views are also in evidence here, and can be enjoyed while you sit under the wooden pergola with an al fresco drink, while the younger members of the family will no doubt enjoy the swing that has been provided for their entertainment.

Costa Brava – Lloret de Mar

The Costa Brava has a total length of about 100 kilometres and runs from Blanes to Portbou on the French border. In the Costa Brava, you can enjoy a wonderful Mediterranean climate which causes the temperature to rarely fall below zero degrees during the winter months, while the summer months average around 30 degrees.

In several fishing villages in this region you can still admire remains of Roman times, with the showpiece being the Tossa de Mar fortress. The Romans had already realised that the "rugged coast", or Costa Brava, is an excellent place to spend time.

 

The extremely hospitable and friendly character of the locals, the rich historical culture, the beautiful landscape and the varied cuisine make the Costa Brava a holiday region that has a lot to offer its visitors.

 

Villa Arlequin is located at a short distance from the cosmopolitan resort of Lloret. Lloret is famous for its beautiful, pearly-white, sandy beach, the beautiful palm boulevard full of summer-clad tourists and its vibrant nightlife. With a wide range of pubs, hip discos and clubs and typical Spanish bars, Lloret is a true paradise for anyone who loves to party.
